Meet Jen

Seattle Restaurant Consulting is Jen Kligerman, a seasoned hospitality professional and Seattle native with over two decades of expertise in the food and beverage industry. Jen's illustrious career commenced in vibrant New York City, where she honed her skills across various roles.  From her beginnings as a host and coat check girl to advancing into top managerial positions, she worked in some of the city's most celebrated establishments. 

Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Jen embarked on a journey that took her across continents, immersing herself in diverse culinary cultures.  When she returned to the states she landed in Austin Texas where she embarked on a deep dive into Japanese cuisine at the esteemed Uchi restaurant. Returning to her roots in Seattle, she brought with her a wealth of experience and a unique perspective on the dynamic world of international dining and hospitality. 

Jen's profound impact on the local dining scene is undeniable. Throughout her various roles - from Bar Manager to Director of Catering & Private Events, General Manager, and Director of Restaurant Operations - she has consistently elevated operational standards to unprecedented levels of excellence. Jen's leadership has been instrumental in orchestrating remarkable turnarounds, effectively transforming challenged operations into thriving successes.
